Warranty

KALAMAZOO SAW WARRANTY STATEMENT:

Each KALAMAZOO Saw is WARRANTEED to be free from defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period to TWO YEARS from the date of installation.  This WARRANTY is LIMITED to factory defects and specifically excludes items subject to normal wear including the saw blade, blade brush, vise cam nut and drive belt.  Moreover this warranty only applies to machines which have been installed and operated in accordance with the instructions given in the KALAMAZOO Operation & Service Manual which is provided with each and every machine, and have not been tampered with in any way, misused, or suffered damage though accident, neglect, or conditions beyond Clausing Industrial’s control.

THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND CLAUSING INDUSTRIAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.  Return of the Kalamazoo Saw Warranty Card within 10 days of installation shall serve as proof of installation of warranty coverage.

The KALAMAZOO SAW WARRANTY includes all parts and labor during the first twelve months of operation and replacement of parts only during the second year of operation.

CLAUSING/KALAMAZOO SAW is committed to continuous product improvement.  In keeping with this commitment, we reserve the right to change specifications and/or designs without notice or obligation.
